West Rock Dental Temps is locally operated and owned on Vancouver Island, created by founder Lainey Allen in 2013. She brings over 15 years of experience and a vast knowledge of dentistry to the profession.
Over her extensive career, she stays current with the advancements in the industry through various networking events, educational courses, dental conferences, and the involvement in the dental community. With having experiences on the front line herself, there is a recognition of the adaptability, versatility, and various requirements in dental offices needed to provide our skills and services in this environment. Spending nearly a decade on the lower mainland growing her career she has had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most talented, reputable professors, dentists, and reps in the profession.
The driving force behind the inception was not only the desire to fill the apparent need for short term and long term staffing solutions among the dental offices on Vancouver Island but also act as a link for qualified dental professionals looking for an introduction into the work field and advancement of one’s career. West Rock Dental Temps is privately owned, operated and not affiliated with any other group, entity or dental temp agency.
